Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
- Most orders will ship within 48 hours of receiving an order and cleared payment. If for some reason we are not able to ship within a few days, we will contact you and/or order status will be updated with additional information.
- Any item(s) not on location at the time of purchase will be ordered in if available prior to the shipping of your order. This can delay the shipment of the order on average 7-10 business days as we generally place orders weekly. If the item happens to be on backorder we will give available item options or refund the full cost of the item back to your payment method and ship out the remaining parts of the order
Tracking
Customers will generally receive shipment notification and tracking info by email once the order has been packaged or shipped. These notifications are sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you no longer use that email please update your payment information. If a website account was made you can also track status by logging into your account.
Addresses
Please double check that the address you provide is correct before placing your order. Packages will ship ONLY to the delivery address that
is linked to your orders payment. There will be no changes made to a shipping address after checkout. This is to protect the buyer as well as us. The only remedy
for a wrong address is to cancel your original
order and resubmit the order which will result in additional fees.
PO Boxes
We can only ship to PO Boxes or APO using USPS. UPS will only accept
shipments to a valid street address and will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Our posted delivery charges are based on UPS ground rates and most PO Box orders may require additional payment.
International Shipping
International buyers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and
applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise cost.
Most buyers will need to pay these fees upon receipt of your shipment.
Express Shipping
Currently
we do not offer a express shipping option on any orders. This is due to
the possibility of an item being out of stock at the time of an order
placed and/or delivery times not being guaranteed by the shipping service.
Saturday Delivery
Our website does not offer Saturday Delivery at checkout, however if you would like
this option please contact us by phone at 1-216-749-4990 for assistance.
Signature Delivery
You will have the option to purchase shipping with Signature Delivery at checkout.
This option is to ensure a physical person receives the package
otherwise most deliveries will be left at the door regardless if a person is home. However orders over
$500 will generally have Signature Delivery included at no additional
charge.
Insurance
UPS covers packages up to $100.00, anything over that amount,
you will have to ask for a quote. US Postal Service does not cover any
amount, so you will have to get a quote for that also.
Refused Shipments
Refused
shipments are subject to a 10% Handling Fee. All shipping costs
incurred for the shipment will be the customers responsibility. This
includes original shipping, return shipping and/or any additional
charges assessed by the shipping carrier.
Ground shipping generally runs Monday - Friday, do not count Saturday and Sunday as transit days!
For example: An order is is shipped on Thursday with 2-Day Delivery, the transit days are Friday and Monday, with delivery on Monday.
UPS Ground Shipping Transit Time : Based on standard business days ( Ground transit time is not guaranteed )
DAMAGED ITEMS
/ SHORTAGES
All orders are packed in efforts to keeping your items safe & in top condition during transit. Occasionally damage may occur to items due to improper handling by the shipping carrier.
- Damage claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of your orders delivery. Make sure any visible box damage is noted by the delivery driver prior to signing for your package. Be sure to save all packing lists, shipping cartons, and packing material as the shipper may ask to see it
- To assist in processing a damaged item claim, we will need a few pictures of the damaged item in question as well as pictures of the box damage. In some cases the damaged item may need to be returned to us before we can send out a replacement item or issue compensation.
Shortages must also be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do check orders multiple times during fulfillment to minimize any item shortages. Before reporting please inspect ALL packing materials for items as well as emails involving possible refunded items that may have been unavailable. Though rare, at times some orders may be separated and shipped in multiple packages.
RETURNS
- All return shipping is to paid by customer. Any return that has postage due will be refused
- Original shipping charges and credit card processing fees will not be refunded.
- We do not take returns on any electrical items, custom parts, and items sold as used parts.
PayPal is no-longer refunding credit card processing fees for returned items. Due to this the refund amount for PayPal payments will be less the fees PayPal has kept.
- Fees are currently 3.5% + .30.
- For example if you are returning a $100 item, the refund amount will be $96.20 ($3.50 + $.30 = $3.80 being held by PayPal).
Items purchased from Fantasy Toys, either online or in store, can be returned to our physical location within 7 days of purchase for exchange or refund, some exceptions included below.
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
- Items
returned with the original receipt may receive a refund or store credit
in the amount of the original purchase price minus any processing fees. Your refund will be
issued back to original form of payment.
- Items returned without a receipt will not be refunded.
- Special-order items, items purchased in used (returned) condition and in-store clearance items cannot be returned.
