PLACING ORDERS

WEBSITE ORDER : 1.) Add all items wanted from our website to your virtual shopping cart. Pay special attention to quantities as well as parts sizes 2.) Enter your zip code and click the calculate button to receive your order total with shipping and handling 3.) Check Out your order using payments from your: PayPal Account, Credit Card, or Bank Account Payment

PHONE ORDER : We do not process call in orders as we cannot accept payment over the phone. Orders can be taken and invoice sent to an email adress for payment. If  you need to add an item to an existing order or have a problem purchasing from our website, feel free to contact us for order assistance. You can also contact us to check an items availability, answer item questions or discuss ordering of custom parts.

MAIL ORDER : To order print and fill out our Mail Order form. Then mail the order form in with your money order payment. This method takes the longest as we will not ship your order until the money order clears

EMAIL : To place your order contact us with the items wanted, quantities, as well as your postal zip code to recieve a price quote. Send these inquiries to FantasyToysBicycles@yahoo.com. Once agreed your order will then be invoiced and sent to your email for payment.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Fantasy Toys shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Fantasy Toys shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Fantasy Toys shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

Taxes
Fantasy Toys will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Ohio. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for reporting all sales taxes or other applicable taxes.

Item Descriptions

All bicycles and parts on our website are described to the best of our ability at the time of publishing. Due to availability or manufacturing changes, slight differences may arise in an items appearance from what is pictured or described. As we discover any changes we will update item descriptions.


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

OUR WEBSITE DOES NOT DISPLAY LIVE INVENTORY : Though Fantasy Toys makes every effort to keep a good amount of our most popular items in stock and our website updated, we cannot guarantee availability at the time of your order. Occasionally items do run out and need to be ordered in or our suppliers inventory is not updated. Please be informed that your card is charged at the time of us confirming items are available for your order. You are always welcome to contact us to check for the exact availability of an item before placing any order.


Below are common item button designations used on the website regarding item availability.

ADD TO CART = Item is expected to be on location or currently available through our suppliers.

OUT OF STOCK = We do not have the item and our supplier is also out of stock. The item is still being produced but are waiting on the supplier to receive  more inventory.

DISCONTINUED = We no longer have inventory and the item is no longer being produced.


Backordered Items

All backorders will be shipped as soon as possible. Please note if we are unable to ship your order within 30 days, your order will be cancelled and/or we will issue a full refund back to your original form of payment.

Out-of-Stock Items

Items marked as Out-of-Stock are not available currently due to our suppliers not having the item in question to restock. Unfortunately we have generally do not have additional information on when such items will be available again for purchase.

Temporarily Out-of-Stock Items

Though updated regularly, this website generally does not display live product inventory. Due to restocking cycles, some items available for purchase may not be physically on location at the time of a placed order. Any item(s) not on location at the time of purchase will be ordered in if available prior to the shipping of your order. This can delay the shipment of the order on average 7-10 business days as we generally place restock orders weekly. If an item happens to be on backorder we will cancel the item and ship out the remaining parts of the order.

Available - Special Order / Non- Stocked Items

Any item(s) not on location at the time of purchase will be ordered in if available prior to the shipping of your order. Special Orders / Custom Part Orders

Orders for goods which Fantasy Toys does not regularly stock or any custom item we manufacture for a customer may not be cancelled or returned


PAYMENTS OPTIONS

Credit Cards Payments:

  • Credit cards must pass a two phase fraud detection before an order can be placed!

  1. Phase #1, Authorization of Card:

    Our credit card processor will verify the credit card number, expiration date, CVV2 number, and credit limit are all correct.


  2. Phase #2, Address Verification Service (AVS):

    AVS will verify the billing address is identical to the address the customer's issuing credit card or bank has on file.

If Both Phases Pass = "Capture of Card":

  • If the credit card passes both phases. Fantasy Toys will charge the card for the total amount of the order.

If Only Phase #1 Passes = "Pending Charges"

  • If the credit card passes the Authorization of Card (Phase #1) but fails Address Verification Service (Phase #2) the customer will see a "pending charge" for the entire amount of the order on bank statement. These pending charges will go away after the credit card companies / banks reconcile (normally with one business day).

  • Beware each time the card passes the Authorization phase, your account will be hit with a pending transaction. This may result in multiple "pending charges" on your account until the banks reconcile.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Other Conditions

All products are shipped after payment is received. Payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Check.
